Mr Sotiris Tertipis was born in Ilia in 1961 and successfully studied in America as a chemist in the rapidly growing textile industry.
After working in industries abroad, he returned to Greece where he made his career for a while as a production manager in many of the largest dyeing and finishing plants in the Thessaloniki area.
Being familiar with all the methods and stages of the production process of dyeing and processing of fabrics, he decided in 1995 to establish a commercial company of textile chemicals with parallel consulting activities in the industry.
In 1999 he founded with Mr. Dietmar Mannhardt the company Rudolf-Hellas Ltd. as a joint venture with the German multinational Rudolf-Group in the industrial area of Kalochori in Thessaloniki with storage areas of more than 1000 sqm.
In 2014 a company conversion is carried out for the full commercial exploitation of the German group’s name in Greece, Cyprus and FYROM.
In 2016 Rudolf-Hellas, showing dynamic character and strong extroversion, opens up to other economic activities, dynamically integrating in its product range modern building chemistry materials as well as high-tech materials for antibacterial and other special applications (UV protection, hydrophobicity, anti graffiti etc.), making it, in combination with its human resources, one of the fastest growing companies in the chemical industry.

The products of Rudolf-Hellas carry all the necessary markings and registrations according to ECHA and REACH on the basis of which they can be legally and safely distributed on the European market and in addition carry all the necessary markings that make them friendly to humans and the environment (OEKO TECH, BLUE SIGN, REACH CONFORM, RESPONSIBLE CARE) contributing to the high added value of the final products.
